Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 24, 2025

Welcome to Precious Nuptials and Destinations. As a Texas-based travel agency specializing in creating unforgettable travel experiences for couples and their loved ones, we are committed to providing exceptional service.

By booking your travel arrangements with us, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, which outline the agreement between you (the client) and Precious Nuptials and Destinations (“the Agency,” “we,” or “us”). Please take time to read these terms carefully before proceeding with your booking.

By submitting payment or written authorization to proceed, you acknowledge receipt of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them, whether your consent is provided electronically or in writing.

Identification Requirements

All travelers must provide valid identification at the time of booking and prior to travel. Acceptable forms of identification include:

  • A valid passport (required for international travel)

  • A government-issued driver’s license or state ID (for domestic travel)

  • Any other identification required by specific destinations or service providers

It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure identification documents are current and valid for the duration of travel. Precious Nuptials and Destinations is not liable for issues resulting from invalid or expired documents.

Travelers must review all confirmations and travel documents upon receipt and notify us promptly of any errors or discrepancies. Legal names on travel documents must match the names on government-issued identification (e.g., passport).

For minors: a notarized parental consent form may be required when a child is traveling without both parents, depending on destination and airline regulations.

Health, Safety, and Travel Advisories

Traveling internationally may expose travelers to varying health, safety, and political conditions. Precious Nuptials and Destinations cannot guarantee or determine the safety of any specific destination.

We encourage you to consult official sources for objective travel information, such as:

Clients are responsible for meeting all entry, vaccination, or testing requirements as set by destination governments. Health and entry requirements may change without notice.

Passports are typically required to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date to the U.S. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary visas or entry permits. We are not liable for delays or denials in visa or passport processing, nor for related losses or missed portions of travel.

Booking and Reservation Policies

To make a booking, the lead traveler must provide complete and accurate information for all guests, including full legal names, travel dates, and payment details. The lead traveler is considered the main contact and accepts responsibility for communicating information to all travelers on the booking.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit, as stated in your quotation or invoice, is required to secure reservations.

  • Balance Payments: Full payment must be received by the date listed on your invoice. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.

  • Price Guarantee: Prices are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received and supplier confirmations have been issued.

Pricing and Fees

The total cost of your booking will include all quoted services, taxes, and applicable supplier fees as outlined in your invoice.

Credit Card Processing Fees:
A 5% processing fee applies to payments made directly to Precious Nuptials and Destinations. This fee is not charged when payment is processed directly with the travel supplier. The applicable payment method and process will be clearly noted in your invoice or payment schedule based on how your group block or booking is structured.

Prices are subject to change before final payment due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or other factors beyond our control. You will be notified of any changes prior to final payment.

Third-Party Suppliers and Service Providers

Precious Nuptials and Destinations acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, ground transportation providers, and tour operators).

We carefully select reputable partners, but we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of these third-party entities. All travel services are subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions, including their cancellation and refund policies, which supersede our own where applicable.

Any claims, service issues, or refund requests must be directed to the appropriate supplier.

Supplier Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions operate in conjunction with those of each travel supplier involved in your booking. In the event of a conflict between the two, the supplier’s terms and conditions supersede these.

Precious Nuptials and Destinations is not responsible for decisions, changes, or policies made by suppliers, including but not limited to pricing adjustments, availability, or refund determinations.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment forms:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

  • Wire transfers (bank details available upon request)

If using a third-party credit card, written authorization from the cardholder must be provided, along with a copy of their photo ID and the front and back of the card.

All payments must be received by the due dates noted on your invoice. Failure to meet deadlines may result in cancellation without refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Client Cancellation:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hola@preciousnuptials.com by the lead traveler and acknowledged by our office in writing. Requests must be received at least ten (10) days before the onset of penalty dates listed in your quotation.

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refund eligibility for other portions of your trip depends on the supplier’s policy.

Supplier Cancellation:
If a supplier cancels your booking, refunds or credits will be processed according to the supplier’s policy. Refunds may take up to 90 days or longer depending on supplier timelines.

Email Notice:
Email delivery confirmations or automated responses do not constitute acknowledgment of cancellation until confirmed by our office.

Chargeback Policy

Any authorized charge that is disputed and results in a chargeback will incur a non-refundable administrative fee of $150 or 10% of the total charge amount, whichever is greater.

By authorizing payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services delivered as described. All disputes shall be governed by Texas jurisdiction.

Changes to Bookings

Requests for changes must be made in writing as soon as possible.

  • Name Changes: One complimentary name change per booking; additional name changes incur a $25 fee.

  • Date or Itinerary Changes: Subject to availability and supplier approval. Additional costs may apply. Some suppliers require cancellations and rebooking rather than date changes, which may trigger cancellation fees.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including “cancel for any reason” coverage, to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, or travel delays.

Precious Nuptials and Destinations is not a licensed insurance producer or broker in the State of Texas and cannot advise on specific policy terms. For detailed coverage questions, travelers should consult directly with the insurance provider.

If you decline travel insurance, you do so at your own risk, acknowledging that you are responsible for any resulting costs or losses.

Responsibility and Liability

Precious Nuptials and Destinations arranges travel services with independent suppliers and shall not be held liable for:

  • Injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties;

  • Acts of God, force majeure, or events beyond our control;

  • Changes in schedules, overbooking, or errors made by suppliers;

  • Client conduct or failure to comply with laws, rules, or documentation requirements.

Force Majeure:
We are not liable for any refunds or compensation when performance of contractual obligations is prevented by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, terrorism, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances).

Your decision to travel is made with full knowledge of current travel advisories and associated risks. If you choose to cancel due to fear of travel or advisory changes, standard cancellation policies will apply.

Client Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and comply with the rules of suppliers and destinations. The agency assumes no liability for damages or issues resulting from improper behavior or failure to follow instructions.

Data Privacy and Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your booking, including updates and reminders, via email, phone, or text.

Your personal information is used solely for travel arrangements and is not shared or sold outside the scope of necessary service providers. Precious Nuptials and Destinations complies with applicable U.S. and international data privacy laws.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

Amendments

Precious Nuptials and Destinations reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking applies unless a later version is expressly accepted in writing.
