Kristine and Peter are so excited to have you join and witness their May 16, 2016 Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa destination wedding. As Kristine and Peter’s origin side planning group, we want to make sure that your travels are seamless and enjoyable! With the final group travel confirmations, we will share pre-travel tips. However, we like to start early by mentioning a few here.

“What about round trip airport to hotel/hotel to airport transfers?” 

By booking your room in Kristine and Peter’s room block, round trip transfers are included unless you’ve made a special request to not have them included. To ensure that we properly schedule your included transportation, we ask that you submit to us your flight details by April 1, 2016. We will need the following:

• Arriving Leg:  Airline, Flight number and Arrival Time
• Departure Leg: Airline, Flight number and Departure Time

TIP: If your airline has a mobile application, download it before you depart. It may give you inflight wi-fi or movie access.

Please note that the transfer company schedules pickups based on flight times. Let us know if you have questions or have any special request.

TIP: As you make your way through the airport, steer clear of the mob of sales persons trying to sell you vacation property and transportation to your hotel. Your transfer van will be waiting just outside the doors ahead. 🙂
