Hello Kimberly & Phillip!

It’s almost wedding time and we’d love to share details to ensure you get the best Galveston wedding experience. We’re so excited to be a part of your wedding day!

To assist with preparing for your wedding day, packing for travel and planning for your activities while in Galveston, we send this confirmation at least seventy-two hours prior to your wedding to get an accurate daily and hourly weather outlook. Currently, there’s little to no chance of rain! 🙂 We’ll continue to observe the weather, keep you posted and do our best to work around mother nature.

Monday, September 9, 2013 | 3:00 PM :: Beach Wedding Ceremony – 24th Street Seawall Beach Access

Your wedding ceremony will take place at a beach location in the 24th street beach section of Seawall Blvd. Ideally we would love to position you near Pleasure Pier’s 24th Street beach access pending beach traffic. This is a “no swimming” section of the beach and usually pose a good opportunity for wedding space. Considering that this is a weekday, we don’t see an issue of dodging beach goers! YAY!!

This section of the beach is near Pleasure Pier.

  • When arriving separately, Phillip should arrive in enough time to allow for setting up the video camera, delivering your beach shoes for placement and meeting the minister. He should also have the marriage license and rings to supply to the minister prior to the ceremony.
  • Kimberly, you will need to arrive five minutes before the ceremony’s start time.
  • If you have an alternate or additional cellular to provide. Please email this to us. We will use this number(s) to communicate on your wedding day as necessary.
  • Please account for commute and parking time to ensure that there isn’t a delay or time loss of your hired photography hour.
  • Seawall parking is $1 per hour, per vehicle, payable by smart phone application or phone. You may save time by visiting http://www.paybyphone.com/. Here you will get an overview and instructions on using the mobile phone application, should you choose to do so.
  • The minister will great you, review your marriage license and details prior to beginning your ceremony.
  • DON’T FORGET YOUR MARRIAGE LICENSE. Unfortunately, you cannot have a ceremony without it.
  • After the ceremony, John (your photographer) will continue to direct your flow and keep in touch with us to time your arrival to the restaurant location. We have planned a good flow of your two hour photography coverage that will allow for coverage throughout the ceremony, post ceremony romantic shots and about forty-five minutes at the restaurant to capture these beautiful photos.
Fisherman’s Wharf | 4:15 PM
2200 Harborside Dr  Galveston, TX 77550
Your celebration will begin at 4:15 at Fisherman’s Wharf. Your photographer will capture setup shots, cake cutting and toast pictures and dinner shots prior to departing. You won’t have to worry about directions to Fisherman’s Wharf since John (photographer) will be guiding you there. However, I’ll leave them here for reference.
At the end of dinner, you will be responsible for restaurant gratuities and any other tab, tax and gratuities incurred throughout the evening.
Parking is included for three hours. You will need to bring their validation tickets into the restaurant and request for it to be validated before leaving. Keep the ticket away from cell phones. This tends to erase the validation. In this case, parking is $12 for three hours.

On your special day, you will be able to reach us via our after hours extension. Please note that this extension will only be valid on your wedding day.
